That aurora was seen on August 7th, 2007 above Dumont D'Urville french station in Terre Adelie. The observer reported the following information:

• Start: ~11:35UT.
• Duration: approximately 3h40m with a 1 hour break (12:45-13:50UT). The second phase was more luminous.
• Colors: green and white first then green, white, purple, yellow et orange at the end.
• Direction : North/South first moving to East/West.
