TABLE OF PERIODS WITHOUT OBSERVATIONS: EXPLANATIONS 

The Table is the result of the compilation of the periods of observations
given by each observatory. Each line corresponds to a day.

YY: Year

MM: Month

DD: Day in the Month

DOY: Day in the Year

HB and MB: hour and minutes of the beginning of the period without observation

HE and ME: hour and minutes of the end of the period without observation

The four columns HB, MB, HE, ME are repeated 8 times in a line. A second
line could be added if necessary.
